1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between crickex group and all its users. By using this website (https://crickexgroup.cam) or its mobile application, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

crickex group is an online betting and gaming platform. All services available on this platform — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and others — are governed by these Terms. It is each user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms in full before using the services.

The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative and shall be considered final for all purposes of interpretation. In the event of any dispute, the decision of crickex group management shall be final.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on crickex group, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may open only one account.
• You must register the account in your own name — operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and verifiable.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A user may not open more than one account using the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any pending bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Transfer

A crickex group account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, lending or providing it to a third party in any way is strictly prohibited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

crickex group reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age and source of funds at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of a National ID Card (NID), passport or driving licence.
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or similar document).
• Proof of ownership of the deposit method used.

crickex group has the right to withhold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Submitting false documents will result in permanent account closure.

4. Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. crickex group will never ask for your password by email or phone.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately through our Support and Help Centre. crickex group will not be liable for any transactions resulting from a user's own negligence.

• Use a strong password — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Never give your OTP code to a third party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on crickex group are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (via major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from a third party's payment method are not accepted; in such cases the funds may not be returned and the account may be placed under investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the payment method used for the original deposit.

If a bonus is active, withdrawals are not permitted until the associated wagering requirements have been met. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

crickex group offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional benefit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

6.2 Other Promotions

crickex group runs various promotions on a regular basis. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are set out in detail on the relevant offer page. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand the specific terms before activating a promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial bets, or any other dishonest activity — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

Every bet placed in the sports betting section is considered final. Requests to cancel a bet placed in error are generally not accepted. crickex group reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account. In the case of a multi-bet, the cancelled selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

All casino games are operated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are completely unbiased and not predetermined. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection, crickex group will determine the outcome based on data saved on the server.

7.4 Maximum Win Limit

crickex group reserves the right to set a maximum payout per bet or per session. This limit may vary depending on the type of game and the user's account history.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all funds may be forfeited:

1. Fraud, manipulation or using any software or bot to gain an unfair advantage.
2. Money laundering or attempting to clean funds from illegal sources through this platform.
3. Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of crickex group's systems.
4. Impersonating another user or accessing their account.
5. Abusing the bonus system or betting for arbitrage purposes.
6. Threatening or harassing other users or staff of the platform.
7. Carrying out any activity that violates applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by crickex group

If these Terms are violated, crickex group may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. At the time of closure, bonus funds will be forfeited; however, if a violation is not proven, the return of actual deposits (cash balance) will be considered.

9.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team via live chat or email. All pending bets and transactions must be settled before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you are losing control of your gaming habits, you can use the temporary or long-term self-exclusion option through crickex group's Responsible Gaming section. This option is provided free of charge and is activated promptly upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

crickex group accepts no liability for the following:

• Issues with games or bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party software or payment service providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical problems.
• A user's misunderstanding of applicable local law.

crickex group's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.

In brief, crickex group uses user data only for operating the service, KYC verification and meeting related legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties or used for commercial purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

crickex group reserves the right to change, revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address.
